Every now and again, someone comes along in life that truly makes a difference.  A difference in the mentality of their peers and co-workers and in the client experience.  That person is Kyle Doolittle.  Kyle has been with E.A. Quinn for 7 years and is responsible for Business Development, Estimating and Project Management functions within the company’s Commercial Install operation.

Kyle has changed the way we approach projects by providing incredible value to clients.  He is known for reducing costs utilizing his value engineering skillset when required, while completing projects on schedule.  General Contractors and Developers are looking for solutions and Kyle is always there to provide them with the most cost-saving option for their project.  He has an impeccable ability to meet deadlines on time and on budget.  Recently, during a project at an assisted living facility in Farmington, there was a 4-month delivery backlog for pavers that were being used.  This would have delayed the timeline of the project costing both time and money.  Kyle used his extensive list of contacts in the industry to obtain pavers within just 2 weeks.  The general contractor of this project was so impressed, he hired E.A. Quinn for their next project.  Time and again, we receive feedback from clients about Kyle’s consistency and reliability.  He never wavers in his commitment to providing the best and takes pride in his ability to communicate to the clients by updating them daily on the status of their project.

Kyle says his passion for what he does started in middle school.  When he was just 12 years old, he spent the day gardening with his Aunt.  He was so enamored with the process of how plants grow that he started gardening for friends and family.  It eventually turned into his job during high school.  He knew exactly what he wanted to do with his life, majoring in Ornamental Horticulture at a small private college in Pennsylvania.  His extensive expertise in plants helps him understand what is needed for nearly every project we encounter.  It is what sets him apart and ultimately, helps set E.A. Quinn apart from its competitors.  We are so grateful to have employees like Kyle who work to increase the value of the services we provide.

Outside of work, Kyle loves to play golf and you will find him on the course any chance he can get.  He also enjoys spending time with his wife, Iwona, and their two children, Olivia and Kody.
